Giants Game

On Friday, June 11, the day school got out, my mom, my friend and I all went to the Giants game for my birthday party/School's out celebration. It was the San Francisco Giants vs. the Oakland A's, which worked out perfectly because my friend is an A's fan and I am a Giants fan. Both teams' best pitchers pitched, Tim Lincecum for the Giants, and Gio Gonzalez for the A's. Because my friend was an A's fan at the Giants stadium, a BUNCH of people were giving him a hard time. For example: while we waited in line for a hot dog, I was telling him about Tim Lincecum, and this drunk lady said to him "Aww you wouldn't know about him," and as she was saying that, Tim Lincecum had just struck one of the A's players out. The woman began to clap very slowly right in front of his face. Literaly her hands were within two inces of his face. Another example: When he walked by a guy who was decked in Giants clothes(like myself), he would get a dirty look because he was wearing an A's hat and jersey. The Giants won 6-2 and Tim Lincecum got the win.
