Trip to New York

Hello everyone. I am trying my hand at blogging for the first time so I can tell you about our New York trip. I'm not as good at this as Mike, but I'll give it a try. Joe and I left last Friday for New York (Manhattan to be precise) and stayed for five days at a gorgeous hotel - The New York Palace. It was SO FUN!

We did all the touristy things - Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Times Square, Brooklyn Bridge, The Dakota where John Lennon was murdered, the Museum of Natural History where they filmed Night at the Museum, and on and on.

I got up one morning at 6:00 to go see a taping of Regis and Kelly (Joe pooped out and slept in)which was super interesting ( by the way, did anyone see me last Monday morning on the show? - it was the one with Larry David (boring) and John Stamos (boring). Kelly is as petite and ripped as she looks on the show - nothing compared to how petite and ripped I am but still, a close second. We found a favorite pizza place in the bottom floor of Grand Central Station and ate there four times and we ate cheesecake at every opportunity. We had a great time!!!!
